Default Bailey's and indigestion

I have been on Atkins since May and have lost about 30 or up to 35 pounds. I would like to lose another 10-15.

One of the wonderful things I almost immediately experienced is the almost elimination my daily indigestion and sleepless nights. Is this common?

Also recently, my wife, also on the diet and having lost about 35 pounds told me, maybe with a wink, that Bailey's is OK since it is just whiskey and cream? Does anybody know for sure?

Thanks,
Jim

I'm pretty sure that it has a fairly high carb count because the sugar content. Sorry, it's fine stuff!

i just went to look at the bottle and it was no help. Try googling it...

Yeah, the bottle label wasn't much help.

Alas, Tarheel is right. Whiskey and cream are not the only ingredients.

I found the following info some time ago for Bailey's:

Sugar content 20%
Fat content 15%
Calories - 117
Carbohydrates - 7.4g

Looking on the bright side, here is a recipe for LC Irish cream.

www.google.com

Best search engine on the net.

(I do some kind of mock-Baileys with creme, vodka - no carbs, while whiskey has some trace - liquid sweetener and essences. Quite nice.)

Me too I have spent the last 20 years going through on average 8-10 antacids a day and I noticed the difference from day 1 which I took 2 antacids, day 2 I had 2 antacids, day 3 0 antacids, day 4 0 antacids and the supermarket I use had a deal before i started so i brought 2 big boxes.
anybody wanna buy 170ish antacid tabs?
