Angry tired of being sick & tired

Hello! I am so glad I found this site! I can use all the encouragement I can get my hands on. I am tired of being sick and tired all the time! My mom is taking my family and my sisters family to Disneyworld at the end of April so it was a wake up call for me when I realized that I would be tired on such a wonderful vacation. Not to mention the fact that i might not "fit" onto all of the rides. I want to be healthy. I want to enjoy my trip to Florida. I am determined to lose 25 pounds by April 25. This is NOT a temporary fix!!!! The trip is just motivation to get me started! I have been doing Tae-bo for 2 weeks and I am sore but I feel great! I have dropped 8 pounds so far! Any suggestions would be great! I am so glad to be here! Also my 31st birthday is on Feb. 20 and I want to make a new start, not just for me but for my family as well!
