Question exercising at night

Hey everybody! I love this forum! I just wanted to get a general opinion. I'm a college student and I usually head over to the rec center and work out pretty late at night...a few hours after my last meal. This of course makes me hungry later at night. Do any of you out there exercise before your last meal and if so does that help with late night cravings?
Thanks so much!
P.S. Please don't look at my stats...they're really messed up...I'm just a long time low carber plain and simple.

At your age you can probably eat and exercise any time you want and get by with it! I try to get my aerobics and weight lifting done relatively early in the day, stop eating by 7:00PM and then do Yoga just before bedtime. If I exercise too much late in the day it tends to keep me up longer. If I'm up longer I'm more likely to eat. Just find a routine that works for you and enjoy it!

I either exercise after dinner then go to sleep or I exercise before dinner (actually go for a run with it in the oven!) then come home, shower, eat. I certainly never eat after that, but usually becuase its so late.

I actually find exercise a bit of an appetite suppresent though!

I always exercise after my kids go to bed, about 8 or so in the evening. I have never noticed it causing me to be hungrier. I say whatever works as long as your moving.
