Default My daughter is on a baking spree! yikes

This is rough. I decided best to get out of here, so I went to the living room. The aroma was heavenly. I decided ok, one cookie. REally wasn't worth it. Then she made a cheese cake with sugar and grahm cracker crust!!! How much can I take......took a big bite of that before heading to bed. Why do I do this? Its my 4th seek of induction with great results. Its like I don't even want to find out what really is driviing me to ruin what I have done. Its easier to shrug it off. Don't they call that denial?? Well, today my son polished off the cheesecake, of course I scraped up the crumbs. I don't even take the time to think. I actually have this urge to just start eating wildly. Am I really out there or what??

Today I starting to take bites, frijoles, cereal... Does anybody else go through this. geeeezzzz, I feel like a nut!!

It's normall after having a taste of something sweet to get cravigns and want more. That is why some on here never go near sweets, they know if they do it will set off a binge they have problems controlling, or cravings they have to fight.

Stop taking bites. Get all the high carb food away from you and try to get the cravings back under control. Each time you give in, it will just get worse. Talk to your kids and get thier support. There are tons of recipes on here for LC cheesecakes and so on you and your daughter can bake together.

Load your fridge with LC ok snacks. It will be better for you and for the kids. Get string cheese, lunch meat and cream cheese, fresh veggies and fruits (the fruit mostly for kids), homade beef jerky, deviled eggs, and so on
