I am really glad that I found this website. I have been on and off of low carb since 1997, and recently finding out I was diabetic in May 2003, really put me into perspective. I haven't cheated since, and havent had the feeling to even cheat for one meal. I am going strong and I am here to give anyone support if they need it. I am on ol' pro at low carbin and ain't gonna every go back!
