This coming Monday I will start the 2nd phase of the diet. I am looking forward to some different foods....hopefully without weight gain!

Phase 1.5 also, I am coming down the home stretch of my first week. I love the Beach! Already I have lost more weight (I sneaked a peek today) in one week on the Beach than I did in a month with Atkins. This is definitely do-able!
