30 minutes on the treadmill - 2.02 miles My right leg is hurting. It starts around the inner side of my knee cap and winds around my hamstring area and up into the small of my back. I did some running (I even got up to 6.0 MPH - which with my leg hurting I didn't think that I'd be able to - but I stopped because I didn't want to really do some major damage )

  • Total miles for this week - 4.02 miles

  • Total miles for January (Or at least the 2 weeks I had the treadmill ) - 12.98 miles

  • Total miles for February - 4.02 miles

  • Total miles for 2004 - 17 miles

Thank you I can't believe how much I'm doing either.
It does seem like I've had it forever!! (Definately seems longer than a couple of weeks!) It's so much better than having to leave the house to go to a gym or a walking path.

The other thing that it's helped me with is the fact that when I'm bored and wanting to graze, I just go for a walk or jog on the treadmill and it passes.

Exclamation More Cardio

  • Approximately 38 minutes fast walking (With a couple of detours - the safety key came loose twice (So I estimated up on the times.) and one trip to the bathroom - damn water)
  • Total miles - 2.5
  • Total miles for today - 4.7
I wanted to do a little extra walking today since I don't want to hurt myself worse running .

Question Experiment

I'm walking on my treadmill as I type this at about 3 MPH (This is kind of tricky )

I've been trying to figure out the whole BMR, calorie deficiency, etc thing. I want to burn more fat. I still don't get it. Anyway......back to walking as I browse

Must be the time for weird leg injuries Now I need to stretch and strengthen mine. Remember the stretches we used to do in class? Well, they really hurt me...not sure about you
