Zuleika is right. We all go through that and even re-visit it from time to time. Not only did I want to get everything in one meal, I ate it so fast! I was afraid I'd run out of time before I got all the food I wanted. Didn't take long to figure out that I filled up way before the hour. I think the only time I use a whole hour is when I'm out for a meal. Even then, I don't take a sip of soda before my food arrives so I get my ENTIRE hour if I need it for something.....like running to my car for a stashed dessert!

Relax....everything will fall into line with time. We've restricted everything for so long we've forgotten how to enjoy eating.

Deb

I love the bit about the stashed dessert Deb--at the beginning, I would take chocolate bars to the restaurant in my purse, and if time was running out, I would pull one out--Now I just order everything to come at the same time!!!
