I guess I can't really underdstand where they get their net carb count. I didn't know you could subtract "sugar" from your total carb count to come up with 1net carb. If it works great, it would be nice to have a substitute powdered sugar and brown sugar besides Sugar Twin because ST doesn't really heat well.
