I'm taking naprisin and flexaril(evenings only)...the stuff I had from a few weeks ago ...

I'm thinking that I broke the fibula now....it feels beyond strain.....I have the sympotoms for it. I move my foot and it causes pain up on the side of my leg, really sore spot on the side of leg, I can stand just fine on it, but walking or anything that takes ballance is painfull.... Just great

Question okay, for a new plan now.....

Well, now that I have a torn ligament in my knee I am going to have to rething my workout program. I'm not sure what I'm going to do..... I can't do cardio, leg weights, or even stand without crutches. So, that leaves...upper body weights, and abs. I guess I could do some relaxation yoga (if I can figure out how to get on the floor...)

I am so bummed...
