Don't you just love losing as if you were on a rollar coaster? I find it happens alot for women for we deal with our cycles. Men drop, stall, drop, stall. We go up and down depending on what time of the month it is. Keep track of when you gain and when you lose, I found if I drink more water when I'm losing I don't gain so much. Its like when I lose all my water I become dehydrated so when I drink water I gain a few pounds. Maybe its the same with you.
