Ok, so am I doing the right thing here?
So I'm currently in OWL, losing weight slowly, apx. 1 pound per week, maybe less. (I'd like to lose faster but I'm finding it hard to go back to a pure induction level diet. I've been adding a few new items to my diet since induction: sunflower seeds, Janet's low carb bread, I think it's local to New York City - amazing stuff)
Here's today's menu. According to Fitday, this menu totaled 50 grams carbohydrate (!!!) When I go back and subtract the grams of fiber, I end up with approximately 26 gms. carbs. If I add in 1 gm "hidden" carbs per oz. cheese, I get 30 gms. carbs.
So depending on how you look at it, either I'm on the high side of OK for me (I try to keep between 20-30 gms carbs per day), or I'm way off plan at 50 gms total carbs.
Your thoughts?
