Default when did you stop whooshing?

ok maybe I shouldn't say stop, but whooshes have gotten rarer and almost to the point of non exsitant I've been on this wol since may and just breached the 100lb mark and I noticed around 80 lbs the wieght loss SLOWED but was steady, then I started to get into stalls around 90 lbs and I had a major woosh today and I sat and thought about it and can't remeber my last one. the last week I've had keto dry mouth, something I have not had in a long time too, I wonder what is going on, one good thing about the dry mouth is it's helped me drink more water, I know there have been days where I drank a gallon easily. wonder does that have anything to do with it? any ideas?

Water may have something to do with it. I haven't had a whoosh in a long time either.

A Whoosh is when you haven't been losing very fast then all of the sudden some pounds come off pretty fast.

It is something I am ready for right now. Hehe

I slowed down a lot after I had lost the roughly 50 lbs. I didn notice that as I got nearer to goal it almost stopped all together. I did start eating the bars then, and that completely messed me up. I haven't had a bar in about 2 weeks and have lost 4 more lbs. I had been stuck for the two months I had been endulging.

I stopped whooshing after losing 50lbs, and was in 20lbs of my goal weight. I miss whooshes, but am happy with how much I've lost and am now concentrating on maintaining. I still do lose 1-2lbs every other week though.
