This article helped alot. I was testing myself too frequently and I am the type that appareently only shows trace or just a bit higher all the time. I thought you had to really hit the purple mark to count. I have lost weight so I must be doing something right. Thanks again

I was into the purple after a week of induction, but now in the week after induction (25g/day), I am dropping out of ketosis. This morning I showed trace/small amounts. The scale also seems to have stopped moving this week.
