Unhappy starting (over) tomorrow

Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself and look for a little support... I have been contemplating this WOE for quite awhile, not because I need to lose weight, but because I need to gain control over my eating...
Actually started it a couple weeks ago, did really well for a week, then gave in to my mindless emotional eating again, and as a result feel disgusting. SOOO, to make a long story short, I am going to try starting all over again tomorrow, and am thinking maybe if I actually talk to people on here it will help me gain control over my tendency to binge.
Anyone else using this as a way to gain control as much as a weight loss technique? Any tips?
Trying to stay hopeful....

Hi Liza, I first started too to gain control of my eating cause it was gettingf really out of hand especially when I was upset. That eating took me to a hugh 206, best thing I find is if I don't keep anything "Junk" wise in the house so that when something happens I don't go straight for the junk food as we all tend to do. Stay strong, it's good that you are trying to gain control before the weight really gets out of hand, wish I would have done the same. Good luck!
