Do you find that pork rinds have some hard pieces that hurt your teeth. Some parts feel like little rocks. Chocolate might work for me!

Carole, I have a coworker here that does the exact same thing. She can't figure out why it's not working while she's showing me all the LC candies, pastas and breads that she keeps finding. Also, was excited about the Walden Farms products because they have NO FAT! Obviously clueless!!!

The walden farms products scare me. Anything calorie free is probably not something I will look forward to tasting... and if it somehow it it probably is something I shouldnt be eating. I dont even want to know what kind of chemicals must be put in it to make it palatable.

Doogieb,

Just thought I would let you know that Pure De-Lite makes a wonderful low carb chocolate covered pretzel. They have dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate to choose from. Their website is www.puredeliteproducts.com. I love them! They just came out so if you can't find them yet you will probably see them soon.

Not a huge fan of pork rinds anyway, but the
thought of chocolate ones is unimaginable. I have never even heard of the
cinnamon and butter ones that others are talking about.
This little town in Ohio would probably FREAK OUT!!!

Before LC I saw a bag of chocolate covered chips. Never had the courage to try them though. I do really like the mix of sweet and salty from chocoalte covered pretsalz though, sop maybe it could work. I'm not a huge pork rind fan though .

Thats amazing. I really hope to see that one day.

I see low carb stickers on meat and cheese but god forbid someone say broccoli is low carb around here. That is so great!

As for chocolate covered chips. I had some as a kid. My mother would order cases of these white chocolate covered potato chips. I thought they were okay tasting. Chocolate cofered pretzels were my favorite snack... but a pork rind? lol I can just imagine this porky kinda filmy taste with it.

I cant even imagine the texture... It just doesnt seem dense enough. Not to mention the idea of chocolate covered deep fried fat just not sounding right.

In a small town like I live in, there are few choices to make, BUT I did enjoy a small bag of Salt & Vinegar flavored pork rines. b4 lc'g I loved chips with that flavour, so it was a nice change. I think we're about to be amazed at the LC things we will see. It's all about the $$$. I also just purchased Sweet Relish made with Splenda.
