Default Losing Inches But Gaining Weight?

Ok... I've put on a couple lbs in the last few days but I've been able to fit in some old jeans. Does this happen sometimes?

I drink about 6 liters of water a day and run for 20-30minutes.

Probably building muscle which is less bulky than fat and would make you slimmer. I wouldn't worry about it, you're slimmer and the weight loss will catch up soon.

That happens a lot. Losing inches is much more reliable a measuring method than the scale, for the exact reasons Squid mentioned.

Congrats to your loss!

Your muscles are rehydrating themselves. This is very normal. It can be discouraging but it is normal!

I have been doing the lc woe for over a year now. I began exercising at Curves about 3 months ago. Since joining Curves, I have lost .6% body fat and I have lost 4 1/2 inches yet, I have gained 3 lbs.
