Hi!

can you eat cream on induction?

If so - how much is allowable?

I did! It is one thing that keeps me feeling full. Especially after it is whipped. Not sure how much. I really didn't measure at the time.

I believe it is 2-3 ounces of liquid heavy cream per day. That's about a quarter cup but it will whip up to be MUCH more volume.

I think on Atkins it's 3 tablespoons a day. That translates into about 47 ml.

I never thought of whipping it lol- now thats got me thinking of it with a little splenda and wee bit of cocoa powder- wonder what that would taste like lol.

Splenda is a product made from sugar but has no calories it measures the same and can be used in baking. You can find out more about it by going to

There is less than 1 gram of carb per tsp.
