Cream on Induction

Hi!

can you eat cream on induction?

If so - how much is allowable?

Thanks in advance

I did! It is one thing that keeps me feeling full. Especially after it is whipped. Not sure how much. I really didn't measure at the time. :)

I believe it is 2-3 ounces of liquid heavy cream per day. That's about a quarter cup but it will whip up to be MUCH more volume.

Thank you both!

Whats the ml of US cups? 250ml is standard here.

(maybe its the same...)

Thanks

I think on Atkins it's 3 tablespoons a day. That translates into about 47 ml.

I never thought of whipping it lol- now thats got me thinking of it with a little splenda and wee bit of cocoa powder- wonder what that would taste like lol.

Splenda is a product made from sugar but has no calories it measures the same and can be used in baking. You can find out more about it by going to
http://www.splenda.com
There is less than 1 gram of carb per tsp.
