Default Fridays Low carb menu

Ok, I tried the low carb smothered chicken or whatever it was called at Fridays. It was two chicken breasts with onions and peppers and a good amount of cheese smothered all over it, served with a side of brocolli.

For one......why did they put the cheese on the bottom of the plate, then put the onions and peppers and then put the chicken on top of that? I had to scrape the cheese off and mix everything up.

Secondly.......they put a HUGE amount of cheese on this meal. Why not use less cheese on the plate and top off by broccoli with it? Overall it was pretty good, but for $10 it wasn't the most filling meal I have ever eaten. Chicken really doesn't fill me up like a good ol steak I think if they threw a salad in there with it, it would have helped fill me up more.

Next time I would probably choose the steak topped with bleu cheese, and then order a salad to go wtih the meal. I did enjoy the convience of not having to specify 100 things to the waiter, instead just saynig "I will have the Atkins Chicken".

I had the cheeseburger cheeseburger. It wasn't much, I was satisfied but they tasted kind of dry. Anyone know the dressing they use on the salad included?
