I feel so bad I went 12 days cheat free and cheated yesterday. I had to ice creams and chinese food, that I know was loaded w/ sugar. But anyways woke up today and still was in Ketosis, (dont know how long it would take to get out) and dusted myself off and Im back again!

Just gotta change my cheat free sign

Think about this: WHO is cheating WHOM? when you eat off program, ONLY YOU are the loser and not in weight. Be a better friend to yourself. A few minutes of taste pleasure is not equal to the feeling of "I lost 5 pounds last week!"

I am glad you could get right back on the program. That is the hardest part of a cheat as far as I am concerned. It is too easy to keep eating. I gain too easily and lose too slowly!

Learn from it. The Chinese isn't necessarily all bad--don't eat the rice/noodles, etc.

The ice cream is another story. Try to have the LC ice cream if you need that treat. My DH and I really like the CarbSense fudge bars. Better a LC treat that a HC one.

Anyway, today is a new day. All you can do is go forward.
