Default Breyers low carb icream

Breyers is a well respected ice cream here in the East ( U.S.A. ) has been around for many years. It is a creamy type. Recently I saw there new venture in the low carb market. The label admits to 12 gms. per serving with 4 gms. of fiber 4 gms. of sugar and 4 gms. of alchol sugars. They reduce the net carbs to 4 grams. Does one usually deduct al. sugars as Breyers does. The stuff is terrific especially their vanila with spects of van. bean. I mix two Tbls with soy flower and egg plus a few other things to make a bread type of dish over a breakfast meat.

Ice cream, soy flour and egg makes a bread? Did I misread that?

Just a word of caution - if you are on induction it is best to avoid lc ice cream.

You may have not read it carefully. I said those ingredients plus some others makes a bread TYPE of mixture over maybe bacon. If one adds some baking powder and cooks very low over a covered pan the mixture will rise. About the ice cream, it is sweetened with splenda the rest of course is dairy.

No, the icecream has high fructose corn syrup which is sugar.

On induction you can only have the things on the induciton allowed list. Icecream dieffinetly isn't there.
