I am thrilled because I am now size 10 (which are getting looser all the time). As I NEVER plan to got back to high carb eating I have clothing that is too big that I want clear out of my closet.

My friends have been giving me clothes so I don't have to buy a lot of stuff until I get to my goal size and I would love to pass the favor on. I have some nice things. I have a Talbot's summerweight wool suit size 14 in navy blue; a black summer weight wool skirt in 14; some beautiful 2 piece tops (tank and long sleeve blouse) in size 16 and probably some other stuff.

If anyone is interested--first come first served--I will even ship it to you free.

I would love the suites.. I wear 16 and 14.. Wow, what a wonderful gift.

Hey, Wouldn't that be a great addition to the forum? A "clothes swap" section. I know that I recently gave away about 4 pairs of beautiful size 18 pants (short) to the salvation army--I would have loved to give them to folks on here.....

There is a forum on here where you can trade clothes, food and other items. I don't see it on the main page...I'm sure a moderator will be along shortly to tell us what happened to it or provide a link.

There used to be a "trading post" forum - I used it to give away a lot of clothes that were too big. I don't see it here anymore. I wonder what happened to it? It was a great tool, although it didn't seem like it was used very often.

It may of been discontinued for safety reasons. People giving out thier addresses online leave themselves very vulnerable.

I think that is a wonderful idea. I usually drop my clothes off at a Goodwill, etc., but to be giving them directly to someone this way. Terrific! Asalvato. Great Idea!
