Starch blockers? yeah or nay?
OK, so I don't know much about these things, but I was wondering, if you have something coming up that you know may jeopordize your low-carbing, would these things help? In a perfect world, you could take these things and keep on track. I have a feeling, NO, to good to be true, but thought I'd throw the question out in case anyone has experience with this.....
