Default W.W. Smartones are L.C.

I just came from the grocery store and saw W.W. Smartones advertising about low carbs. They had a chicken dish for 9 carbs(it looked like 7 net to me)....Could they be swinging over to our side?

That would be awesome if it were true. i have to go look now. Although conveneince foods aren't the best, sometimes it is much better than the other options when you are really pressed for time.

No doubt they are also low fat. Double check those carb counts vs. calories too ... they may have pre-subtracted the fiber grams.

I'm skeptical when a giant low-fat high-carb industry suddenly creates a niche for low-carb.
