DOes anyone know about The side effects linked to splenda and whether water retention is one of them?

There are many opinions on this...many people have no ill effects. Some people report psychological differences (which have also been tied to aspartame, btw). For me personally, I didn't notice anything other than my skin breaking out like crazy. I mean the worst breakouts of my life. I've never heard of water retention being one of the side effects, but I have heard some people talk about it stalling their weight loss. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
