Fooled around with Atkins in March, got serious with it in September, 43 pounds gone, first New Years that I did not gain weight.

Turned 39.
Started feeling like I wouldn't hit 40.
Started Atkins 10/4/03.
Lost 40 pounds by New Years.
Feeling SO much better in every way.

Got depressed, started lowcarb WOE, thought I found the ticket, exercized, lost 40 lbs, spring came, fell off the wagon, ate carbs, felt sick, lost mind, stayed off the wagon, gained 25 lbs, felt crappy, came to senses, winter came,year ended, got back on the low carb wagon, feel great, and sure I am here for the long haul.

Looked into gastric bypass - NOT! Heard about Somersize - YES! Discovered I LOVED it and it WORKS - YEAH! Finished rewrite of my book - YEAH!

40, fat and fed up. Try Atkins, yet another stupid diet. A miracle, it works! Lose 40lbs so far and feel fit and fantastic.
