Default Crystal Light

Since most things are the out of the picture, I've been drinking this.

It says 5 calories 8 ounces for 0 F, 0 P, and 0 C. And is made of natural sugars.

This kind of sugar allowed?

I am pretty sure crystal light in the prepackaged bottle is made with spelnda but in the powder form has aspratame.

I used to love the Iced tea and I have a ton of it in powder but wont touch it because of that.

if you are talking about the powder kind I think its 1g carb per cup and ymmv.
