I'm signing up! I ate high carb on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I plan on eating Chinese and pizza today for New Year's. I have been really bad with the LC treats and have noticed a HUGE stall. I would say at least 10 of my carbs each day have gone to treats the past few weeks. So I'm willing to join!! I really want to fit back into my cute summer clothes!

Hi all!

Count me in, please! I am restarting Atkins today....went off due to sickness and then the holidays, but luckily haven't gained anything....I actually lost 3 lbs, but that was because I had bronchitis.

My little goals:
30 mins of exercise a day
no more than 25 g of carbs a day
sf candy no more than 1 day a week...1 serving
100 oz of water daily

Thumbs up 100 day cheat free challenge

Count me in.

I only had chicken all day yesterday so I can honestly count yesterday as cheat free day one...

I will have nothing other then meats and cheese or broth for the first two weeks.

after two weeks, I will allow a occasional atkins protein *candy bar*. Its only a net 2 and the darn thing takes me a week to finish it, because to me its THAT sweet, I totally lost the need for sugar.

Drink loads of water, bought the five gallon water tanks.

I will work out the best my back will let me at home.

It's 'cause you have to be a 0 before the number: 01, 02, etc.

You know, there's nothing wrong with admitting that you want to quit a challenge -- or it's not your cup of tea -- or it's not practical for your lifestyle....

If that's the case, I encourage you to say so!

Otherwise, I'm taking the avatar off my signature, because there is only one person out there responding to this thread -- and it's not even the threadstarter!

I just think it's crummy to have a challenge.... with nothing but silence.
