Question

Anyone know what you average?

Anyone know what your blood sugar level averages when your in ketosis? Also is there anyway you can predict wether or not you're in ketosis by your blood sugar level?

I was a gestational diabetic when I had my kids so I have a meter to test my levels. And every once in awhile I just test them anyways because after I had my kids the doctor said I was borderline diabetic. However since I started thiw WOE my blood sugar levels have dropped from the 100's to around 60+. If anyone has any input it'd be great.

I've never had a bad sugar reading. My last fasting glucose test at an annual physical was in the 70's. And I had been eating LC for weeks before it.

So it sounds as though yours is in the right area. Congratulations. You're doing a good thing for your future health.
