Also, another thing you might notice is that the transition between weights is not smooth. For example there is a big weight loss jump from 180 to 170, and another big jump from this 179-156 range to 155. Meaning, there is a body type for 179-156, and probably other weight ranges too I'm sure.
So you may find your actual weight somewhere in between these ranges. The flabby 165 pound pear model is kind of like me, but she's actually a bit thinner (not to mention she carries her weight waaay better with that firmed toned skin lol). However, the 180 is too fat. In reality my thinness level is somewhere between the 180-156 model range, but they don't have a body type that represents it accurately.
