OK, one of the main reasons for being hungry and having cravings is the dropping of your blood sugar level (or that is how I understand it.)

The only way to stop that is to keep your blood sugar levels even.

The only way to achieve that (on atkins) is to follow the diet properly.
Once your blood sugar levels are steady (probably a day or two) the cravings and hunger should go away.

But that means no cheating.
It may be difficult but it really is only for a few days that you will struggle and then it will get much easier.

Do your best during the holiday period to stick to the diet as much as possible and then, after christmas, go back to induction for a week or two to get those blood sugar levels stable and then STICK TO THE DIET! There are no excuses after the new year!

You've done really well. This is the hardest time of the year for most people. Maybe if you try eating some protein and fat every 3-4 hours you'll be too stuffed to cheat and in a few days your blood sugar rollercoaster will have evened out.

Its really tough right now, don't be hard on yourself and Merry Christmas!
