Just a note to introduce myself. I'm a 54 year old retiree trying seriously (this time) to get to a healthy size. Maybe I can make it a new good habit.
It's wonderful to find a support group that doesn't require a fee to a weight loss program. Now if I can only figure out how all the computer savvy people do those interesting things to their posts (personalized avatars, and all the doodads for their sigs).
