Metamucil question

Hi all!
I wanted to see what you guys thought of taking Metamucil as a supplement. I have read through many postings of people who are attempting to choke down psylium husks with water... but would there be a reason to do that instead of taking it in capsule form? Just curious!

As long as it's capsule form and not the sweetened kind, I don't see why anyone would want to gag down loose husks either....
