moonbeam -- I live in Carrollton...... which part of Dallas are you in?

filmlass -- i was shocked myself. But if you read all the way towards the back of the Atkins book, he says that a deficiency in CoQ10 or L-carntitine, it can cause your weight loss to lock up.

Awesome job on the weight loss! I love when the whooooooosh fairy comes to visit! I'll have to keep those suplements in mind for future reference. Keep up the good work!

These are Atkins brand vitamins (Basic 3, Dieters Advantage, Essential Oils, Accel, and a few others) that are supposed to be much better than say generic multivitamins. I get mine at GNC with the discount card during the frst 7 days of each month. I also try to use plenty of potassium salt (Salt Free, etc.)

That and plenty of water seem to really help with cravings and weight loss.

I take the ones I listed. Recently I have really tried to take them at least twice a day (the bottle says 3 times a day).
