Default Fruit2o

Has anyone ever tried Fruit2o? It is sooooo good and the website even has a question under FAQ about the atkins diet and carbs - they say that there are NO carbs in the stuff at all.... does this mean I can drink it during induction??

I found it to be way too sweet for me and had to cut it in half with plain water.

While it's ok for induction, if you do an absolutly clean induciton with no sweet things at all you'd be amazed at how much your taste buds change, which definetly helps with resisting temptation later.

If you do grab them, watch out for the ones which add caffien and other things. They have 2 different kinds. You might also try making your own up using seltzer water (that's the carb free oen, right? ) and Flavored syrups such as DaVincci or Tortini (both are splenda sweetened with thier sugar free). I don't know if it's any cheaper, but the syrups are very versitile and can be used in tons of areas in the kitchen

I just bought 5 cases of 20oz Grape at the Factory Outlet this past Thursday. It's great stuff.

Yeah I think its the fruit2o PLUS that has all the added stuff. I am fine drinking water throughout the day except with my meals. I HATE to drink water with my meals but found that a fruit2o is a nice compromise. I still get something with flavor AND I am drinking water!

I like Fruit 2 O also. The lemon is nice because I really like lemonade. Also, I was suprised to find I liked the grape flavor, because I usually don't like grape flavored things. Drinking a strawberry one right now.
