I survived going out to eat!

I went to dinner with my boyfriend last night at a local restaurant. I had a glass of red wine, and for dinner I had an entree-size Caesar salad with grilled chicken on top. It was about 4 cups of romaine lettuce, with dressing, some parmesean and about 6 ounces of chicken (through educated eyeballs). It tasted fanstastic and was filling!

I skipped desert - that is the triumpant part! I really had absolutely no desire or craving.

Yesssss! I usually give in and over-do.

Congratulations - I wish I had your will power. I went out to a friend's to dinner last Wednesday and did OK till the dessert...story of my life!!!
