Default Finally, a Whoosh!!

Stepped on the scale as usual yesterday morning and weighed back up to 140...grrr

Today, stepped on the scale and am at 137!!!
That's a whoosh, isn't it??

Remember too when weight goes up overnight, it is most likely water retention, don't get too mad

3 pounds definetly qualify as a woosh though, maybe even a wooosh (didn't someone say you get an "o" for each pound? )

Yes, so whatever you weigh at night, it will be less by morning. I try to never weigh at night.

Have any of you guys figured out how to forecast a whoosh? Or if there's a way to induce one? Because I have yet to experience one after almost seven months at this and I'm very jealous.

Thanks all! As for forecasting it, I haven't a clue! I didn't do anything different than usual or recall feeling any different. I've read about people saying they were really hungry right before a whoosh, but didn't notice that for me.

I had actually been hanging at 140 for a couple days, much to my dismay, but as of today, I'm still at 137...I'll keep it!
