One warning on the sassafras tea, candyluver and whoever else -- It's carcinogenic. Sassafras contains safrole, a compound responsible for most of its taste, which was unfortunately found to cause cancer in the 1960s. It should be okay in small quantities as a treat, but it's not something you want to drink TONS of.

I thought root beer was made from sassafras root. I know that file (that green stuff they put in gumbo in Louisana) is sassafras.

I put a Tbls. of Davinci syrup in my water bottle for flavor. I vary the flavor and feel like I am having a lot of variety. I like the fruit flavors, but I know they also make cola and root beer flavor.

I usually get unsweetened iced tea when eating out and add my own Splenda.
