keep at it, girl! I'm just starting Day 4, so I know it's hard. I think you feel calm because you're in control of your eating and working toward a positive goal. JUST DO IT!! That's what I'm living by--just keep on doing it, trusting that it will work, that you'll feel better very soon and you CAN do it! I was craving like mad and then realized I was PMSing--yikes!! What a combo!

We're rootin' for ya!

Hi girls!
I'm so glad you are doing fine!
Hang in there! The cravings will go soon and you will feel a sense of control over food that is simply so cool!

Hey MOMTOGAVIN....I'm on my 4th day and those first days were not a breeze but just today I have to say I'm beginning to feel a whole lot better. Calmer especially. Was very exhausted but that is beginning to lift.

Stick with it. I'm finding myself here several times a day looking for answers and feeling the comfort of not going it alone. It's helping.

Just a quick tip.....Though I know cheating is tempting, think about this before you do, cheat I mean.....All those icky feeling you get during the first week of Induction, will come back if you cheat and start over.

How's that for motivation huh? I cheated once and I won't say never again, but I'm trying real hard cause I hate the side effects of Induction.

Keep it up. Your are doing great!
