Gosh, Elaine. I didn't mean to scare you or anything. I'm far from anorexic!
I just had a huge turkey drumstick and a handful of Macadamia nuts. Tomorrow I promise I'll eat "normally." It will be a protein day, so here's what I plan to eat for breakfast and take to work (don't know what times I'll eat it, so I won't label it breakfast, lunch, etc.):
Protein shake with half-and half
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp SF peanut butter
2 ounces Neufchatel (LF cream cheese)
3 ounces tuna
turkey drumstick
I entered this in my Fitday journal and will update it with any changes. It comes up to 1230 calories, 62 grams of fat (46%), 132 grams protein (43%), and 32 grams carbs (10%). Some people only count around 4 carbs for a cup of yogurt because they say the live cultures "eat up" the sugar in the milk. I counted it as the full 17 carbs.
And anyway, I'M NOT 50!
