Hi skibunny! congrats on your success and hope you had fun skiing. i was looking at an old post of yours and it was about how your legs felt heavy and that it affected your workouts. i'm wondering if that had gone away and if you think it was a symptom of your baody switching over to fat burning? my legs get that way and as soon as i eat carbs, it goes away. just curious. happy thanksgiving!! Kay

"cheating" or making poor choices as I say may not catch up to you but I will tell you from my experience that I felt "fatter" and more bloated when I was eating carbs....once I got back on LC...I felt better..slimmer..more energetic. Lets face it, since our WOE is for life, there will be times you will make those poor choices....just get back on track...you will feel so much better.
