You should be getting some additional carbs from things such as cheese, eggs, salad dressing, some meats, etc -- don't forget to count those. But if you're not getting 15-20g on Induction you should add some more vegetables form the "allowed list". Move on to OWL if you're bored and need a little more variety, but stick with it a little longer if you're happy. Avoid sugar at all costs. You want 0 sugar in your diet on Induction.
