Thumbs up THE SCALE MOVED!!YAHOO!!5pounddrop!!!

oN fRIDAY MORNING I WEIGHED 180 POUNDS. today(monday) i weighed
174.5 pounds!!!!!!!!!thats a 5.5 pound drop!!!!!

1) I ate less than ususal , meals were not balanced as per CALP, but they were on the balanced side.
2) RM's are now between 12/00pm and 1pm and i did not have a CM(only tea, no AS once)
3) stressed out!! did not feel like eating much

my rms were:
friday: Fries, 1 dognut with chcolate frosting
saturday: fries, 1 fried chicken wing,cherry juice, small icecream
sunday:macaroons,white rice & red beans
did not have much protein.

i am going to continue like this or should i say i hope the weight loss continues

i will claim my new low!!!!!!!lol

I know Stevia doesn't bother me..cause me cravings or stalls..but, I'm going to try to stay away from A.sweetners..uhm..next week..after Thanksgiving.

Thanks for sharing with us. Your RM sounds fabulous. Gotta love CAD!

it's really amazing. i guess i stayed with cad long enouth to get results. it's like the book said "JUST ONE MORE WEEK"

i have been faith since january 11.5 weeks later BOOM!! HOw SLow was that?in an attempt to eat healthy and balance i must have been eating to much. Cause i did not eat healthy food just smaller portions unconsciously.
my rm today will be:
beans,chicken, cake or icecream
