Atkins talks about how the food we crave the most can often be what we are intolerent too. I love cheese. Brie, goat's, colby jack, cottage cheese, cream cheese, all of it is so wonderful. I also love cream whipped with fruit, coconut, ricotta, or just some DiVincci syrup, yummmm.
However it stalls me like mad. Whipped cream sutomaticaly makes me severly crave more. I have a problem with portion contorl on other cheeses, and even a little seems to stall me. I have found that very small amounts of fresh cheeses (cream cheese, mozza, cottage cheese) and things such as small amounts of sour cream and yogurt I can take. It could be related to candidia overgrowth and mild lactose intolerence.
I did order an electric yogurt maker and plan to use the LC milk (3net carbs per 8oz cup). I plan to make yogurt and possibly yogurt cheese. Maybe that I can handle
