Hi and Welcome Steph. Sorry to hear you've got a problem. I had never heard of a rash as a side effect of LC, however when I typed it into the search function at the top of this page, I found a number of threads that might be able to help.

It looks like its probably a food allergy to something new you're eating, or something you're eating too much of. I once had a bad reaction to some mineral supplements I was taking, have you started anything new in the last little while?

You might want to post what you've been eating under the "journals/bootcamp' section of the forum. That way we could look for a common culprit.
