One large box of sugar-free Jello, any flavour (or 2 small boxes)
4 envelopes Knox unflavoured gelatine
1/2 cup water

Combine above ingredients in a pan until blended. Heat over medium heat until dissolved. Pour into moulds or on a plate. Cool for twenty minutes. If using plate method, when gummies are cooled, roll and cut in strips.

Notes for countries where these brands are not available:
1 large box Jello == sugar-free jelly dessert mix for 8 servings
4 envelopes Knox gelatine == enough unflavoured gelatine to gel 8 cups or 2 litres of liquid

I found this recipe for gummy worms. I coudn't remember if anyone found one for gummy bears . Sorry if so.

Tina

I hope everyone is doing good. It's FRIDAY!!

I'm going to try and go down on my intake of carbs, till Thanksgiving. I've been getting a little laxed for the last couple of weeks. I've been eating way too much. I NEED TO STOP! I need to remind myself, how much better I feel now, then before.

Wish you all the best.

Good Morning:
It is indeed Friday. Yahoo let the weekend begin. This weekend will be christmas shopping for me , I have to send out presents to other parts of the country so I like to get it done and out of here. So basically All I have left is stocking stuffers for the parcels to be sent. So the plan is saturday shop and then sunday wrap and parcel up, monday send them away. If I get all that done I will be very happy.
Zuleka I know you can do it.
Tina thanks for visiting my journal and you will be under 200 in a little while
You have both done well so far--keep it up
When is your thanksgiving I thought it was this weekend?

Tina thanks for the recipe! I'll make it using the unsweetened jello with splenda. I don't know where you found it but I'm sure it will be a standard around our house! Yum!

Zuleka you can do it! How smart you are to see how you've gone over just a little bit, and you're catching it now! Great job!

Angie it sounds like Santa's workshop at your house! That is the way to do it whenever possible. Then you can truly enjoy the entire season!

Our snow is pretty heavy but no school delays for our district. The kids aren't too happy about that.

Hugs to all, enjoy the weekend.
I'm off tonight to see the Cat in the Hat!

How is everyone else doing? Let's continue to lift each other up!

Annie

Hey girls, sorry so long since I checked in. I stopped by the other day and wrote out this really long post, replying to each of you, then the server went down and I lost it before I posted it! Talk about frustrating! I've been really busy this week and haven't had a lot of time to stop in, except to read the posts

I was down 2 pounds on Monday, today I'm up a pound but my rings are tight and it's almost that TOM so I'm not worried. I can't tell you how much I enjoy all of you and how thankful I am to have your friendship and support! Each one of you are SO Dear! Thanks for blessing my life!

Hi Terry!
So nice to hear from you!

Don't get discouraged if it's TOM for you...the fact you're not gaining much says a lot. Looks like the woosh fairy may pay you a visit right before Thanksgiving! Wouldn't that be nice!

I agree with your thoughts about all the friends here. All hold a special place in my heart. How I wish we could all meet for a weekend retreat sometime!

Hugs! Make it a great weekend!

Annie - wouldn't that be wonderful! A WEEK retreat (did you say WEEK or weekend ) The evergreen state sounds like a nice place to visit! Then again, Miami FL sounds good this time of year or maybe NC! Where else are we from... Conneticut, that'd be great in the fall, Central Ohio, then NE Ohio in the spring(looks like 3 from Ohio!), then head up to Mid Michigan to see me, I'd love to go to Kentucky and check out those Horses!!! maybe in the summer...I have to go get out my atlas in order to figure out how to get to Vancouver Island Philly is beautiful in the spring, infact I was there in the spring three years ago! and we sure couldn't miss Texas, wouldn't that be great during a nice cold winter! Kansas too, better go there in the spring or fall? Where to go???? Maybe we'll have to rent a greyhound and take a major roadtrip! Wouldn't that be a hoot!

Seriously, let's stick together and when we get everyone to goal we could really splurge and meet somewhere!!!!

Hugs, enjoy your weekend!

I am all for getting together at goal. That would be so much fun. Maybe some cold winter week we could meet someplace warm and sunny and beachy. We could all wear bikinnis and sip on some low carb drink. That would be awesome. Count me in!!!!!!
This sunday I will be meeting with some ladies from my town who I've met on this board. It will be great. We are going out for a lunch and I guess find out how to order in a real restaurant (pub). Have a great weekend

Not much room, but as my MOM would say..... "After the doors are closed, everything becomes a bed."
