Default Finally...ketosis!

Back into ketosis as of yesterday. I feel pretty good. Small headaches. I am attributing to caffeine withdrawl. I am still doing coffee. (Once a day-max.)
It is different eating here. I am experimenting with new recipes. The cheese cake was a big flop and I threw it out. The cream cheese is like eating cheese whiz-only the fresh version! LOL I did make stuffed mushrooms yesterday and that turned out really well.
I am glad to be here-what wonderful resources all through this site!
