Default Fast Food Nutrition Guide (incl. carbs)

I found this site which has the calorie, fat, carb, etc. values for many of the fast food restaurants. The calorie counts are HUGE! Yikes!

Here's the site: http://3fatchicks.com/fast-food-nutrition/

www.calorieking.com also has many fast food restaurants in their data base.

Default Accuracy Question

Hi there. I went to the fast food nutrition info section, and I can't understand why they have In-N-Out protein style burgers listed at around 41 gm of carbs. if the buns are replaced w/lettuce leaves. Even if they're counting relish and ketchup it shouldn't be that much.
