I've had 3 of the craziest work weeks in my life and this is the first time back to post since them. I havn't dropped out and miss coming here for motivation. I'm going to have to catch up and read all the previous post. Going to hopefully start back tomorrow. Motivate me gang !!!

sorry didn't report for a few days.
Today was 4.13 miles
Wed was a HIIT day and 5 .25 miles
Tues 3.5 miles
Mon was 5.1 miles HIIT
Sunday was an off day and i only cruised a slow 2 miles.

WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!After 5 weeks of Hard treading we met our goal a total of 353.54 miles treaded

Hi, of course I'm always late for everything...but I would love to join your new challenge. I lost 30lbs on lowcarb and held there (180ish) for a month, and I went crazy and now i'm back at 190! I need a challenge! Today I walked 1.5 miles...so I'm back doing this WOL and I need some help! Please...Start a new challenge. How about another 350?

I vote lets just keep going and see how big a total we can get then you will know how big to make the next one. But if folks need shorter successes then you could just make it a 6 week challenge and go for 400 miles since the gang did 350 in less then 5 weeks.
Either way I'm in and will keep walking on my treadmill.

Sunday was a 5.1 HIIT day and yesterday was the off Day today was 4.25 cardio
